Day Traders: Those who are in an out of a trade during a single day or within a week. (นักเล่นหุ้นที่เข้าออกในวันเดียวกันหรือภายในหนึ่งอาทิตย์)

Position Traders: who hold longer than days but not forever. Who looks for entry and exit signals, such as cycles, and trends. (นักเล่นหุ้นที่เล่นตาม Cycles มีจังหวะเข้าออก)

Long term Investors (buy-and-hold): Who looks forward for significant return when hold for many years or ideally forever. (นักเล่นหุ้นที่ถือหุ้นระยะยาว หรือ แนวคิดที่จะไม่มีการขาย)

Strategy traders: who choose strategy base on situation and experience. (นักลงทุนที่ใช้หลายๆแบบรวมกัน)

I vote for strategy trader where...
70% of time trade as Position trader, so you can accumulate position in good stocks.
25% goes to Long term Buy-and-hold strategy, where you let your profit run.
5% is a go for situation trading, without having to think too much on gain - short positioning, and breakout and etc.

You can always use position strategy, and day trade strategy to build up your wining position.
