If you see:
Unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because HhCtrl.ocx was not found Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

This is a particular problem in some Windows XP sever 2. Please see:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448


unzip the attahced file and place in
C:\windows\systems32\
